28 November 2006 The 2007Walks & Talks programmes have been updated and the message board is once again pop-up free!
20 November 2006 The Blagdon Lake site guide has been updated with recent sightings.
13 November 2006 The Somerset List has been updated following publication of 'A History of the Birds of Somerset' by David K. Ballance with a cut-off date of 31st December 2004.
Minor modifications to various pages. New link added for Dean Birders (Disabled Forest of Dean birders) website.
1 December 2005 Walks and Talks for 2006 added 18 February 2005 A new section started about the birds of Somerset. Link on the home page.
12 December 2004 Some more photographs added to the Photo Album from a trip to Goa, India
5 December 2004 An update to the links and a note about a new county avifauna on the Club News page. Walks and Talks updated with 2005 programme.

10 October 2004 I have changed the messageboard to one without pop-ups after receiving complaints about how slow it was and how it caused some machines without pop-up blockers to crash!

9 August 2004 The 'Return to Website' link at the top of the messageboard now works and is a quicker way out of the board than using the back button!
7 August 2004 A Discussion Group has been set up for SOS members. Follow link through 'Bird News' pages. Apply for membership using the 'Contact Us' page.
6 August 2004 Gerry Urch has penned a site guide to Cinnamon Lane. If you want to find out where it is all the information can be found in the Places to Visit pages under Somerset.
5 August 2004 The Somerset List has been added to the website and the Contact Us and Membership Form pages are now working.
1 August 2004 We have had to change service provider for the website and the message board, so have taken the opportunity to update the site and give it a new look while still retaining many of the old features. However, for the next week or so, we will be adding information and checking functionality so please accept that there may be the odd problem or two.
